    Spackmanesque conspiracy theory - Hill is creating a monopoly of all the left-sided players in the Championship. The theory is starting to come true. It would be great if he were working with the youngsters in the first team squad. Could be an imaginative move if it works out. Also - succession-planning????

    I think the offer is shrewd and Keef should be applauded for it. Some clubs might offer him more years than us. Other clubs might well offer more money to him than us. However we are offering him the chance to a career to be put in place for when he retires. We are giving him the chance to do his coaching badges with us and think to what he will be doing once his playing days are over.
