    Like you, i can only go on what i read and here around the internet and newspapers. I'm not in the know around the club. What i do know about what i have seen and heard about the player, the club he plays for, the league he plays in, the number of goals he has scored and the number of games he has played - suggested to me he wasn't the player for us. Is that ok with you? :)

    From what I saw of him on the highlights reel on youtube I'd say 200k would be the maximum he's worth.
    I'm happy to be outbid for players like that by the QPRs, Readings, Wigans and Boltons of this world.

    Marcus Forss, please, from Brentford. Say, £3million for Jacob plus Forss would be a good deal and Forss has more goals in him than Dykes.

    He would have been a good signing for us and knows where the net is. But £2 million for a Livingstone player from a poor standard of league would have been a huge risk.
