Amazing really, never saw any snowflake, woke, anti facist, communist, Remoaner, socialist traitors attack anyone at a Corbyn rally. No media or scientific specialists were ever harmed or placed into head locks.

Anyone would think this government have the powers of a jedi. Jedi mind tricks only work on those weak of mind and intelligence.

So now the culture and truth war goes back in time. What next? Maybe Michael Foot will be fingered for the Hillsborough disaster and the 80s financial crash.

I've seen the footage this morning and although it's out of order, I'm not sure I'm comfortable it being described as assault. It seemed more like two drunken morons wanting a selfie and not letting it go.

Having said that, I'm concerned for these scientists and the backdrop they are faced with. We only have to look at the ridiculous conspiracy theory document yesterday and the burgeoning hate out there.

Batley and Spen, Nick Watt.... it's not going to be long before preventable tragedy strikes.

Probably a Daily Mail reader. Newspapers are supposed to report NEWS the Mail, Express, Sun, Telegraph on one side and Mirror on the other don't, they report their opinion and the morons that read it end up spouting it on radio call-ins.

And yet hate has grown, the government whip it up on a daily basis.

    It will happen again.

Always worth remembering that the Express and Mirror have the same ownership.

I fear they will only take it seriously when someone that lost their family and couldn't be with them during their final hours becomes so twisted by their guilt and hatred that they have a serious go at a Tory MP. Until that point, they won't care as it doesn't affect them. Even after that point, they won't be able to reign it back in.

Hopefully that never happens, I want them to pay for what they do, but through justice, penalty and public humiliation. But if it were to happen, you can see how it would be painted, a new or existing enemy accused, more hate whipped up, and sadly, I could see tribal retaliations.

At present its words. But its shifting more and more towards antagonism and violence.

Covid: Parents 'were treated like criminals' as their son lay dying - BBC News

Agreed. There is very much a danger of isolated incidents like this becoming far more unpalatable. In fairness I think I'd find it hard to control my emotions if I was in the type of situation in this article and then happened to be confronted with a key architect of the type of evil policies that created this situation.
