Obviously 'the spreadsheet' has a major flaw in not identifying players in any other area than on the field stats which is true in this case as he clearly didn't fancy the challenge and the longer term prospect of bigger and better things with english clubs wether us or someone else. Fook him. Lets stop pissing about in europe as we need players used to this league right now to try and keep us up. get some money spent on wages to decent quality experience loans to keep us up this season then start scouting the continent if we stay up in the summer or back to league one we go.

 

Tell him we'll match his wage demands.. he'll probably change his mind quicktime..

What's the full story with that? Im not on twitter but isnt that mattdogbfc one that was giving him some **** after his original tweet? Looks like a French fans taunting him back with the league table and the French Pele has liked it.

Can’t be bothered reading through it. Gutted about this, understand it can happen but would just like some confirmation.

In normal circumstances you wouldn’t hear anything until maybe Hecky confirmed we’d missed out in a press conference or whatever.

But given the way the player has seemingly made a statement you’d have thought the club might respond.

Like what happened with the Tweets in relation to Marc Roberts after a statement was made by his family.

On the flip side though with the sad news that occurred early this week the club probably want their next statement to be focused around that and not a transfer target acting unprofessionally on twitter.
