    Ben Williams did very well in the second half when he came on & I will expect that unless we sign a left back this week that Ben will start at Cardiff , he was certainly one of our better players yesterday .

    Not really. I quite like him when he plays, although we’re yet to see the best of him. I just fear for him that’s all. He may be one of those players who just can’t get/stay fit

    Good to know. Didn’t get to see the game, so only have comments on here to go on. Good to hear he had a good game. I remember him having an excellent game against Blackburn under Struber after lockdown, then had a mare the week after and wasn’t seen again.

    No reason to assume that. He'd not had any injuries of note before signing for us. Just think he's been a bit unlucky, but there's nothing which says to me that it's something which will affect his whole career. Christie-Davies on the other hand definitely looks as if injuries will spoil his career, which is a huge shame for the lad.

    How would you know the all the stress points of you don’t see them break?

    There’s clearly a judgement to be made between finding weaknesses and building confidence, but that’s the coach’s job, and I’m gambling that he understands it better than you or me :)
