    I think he's being exposed a little bit recently. Too rigid. Sticks to the diamond. Makes like for like subs. Doesn't take a risk or make a proactive change.

    That's the point, we don't have a best xi with this shitshow of a squad. The critism is of the board/recruitment team for putting it together. I don't think struber is helping himself playing so many players out of position either.

    That's exactly what Adam Murray tried in his caretaker role and other than WBA away, it didn't work. No set of tactics could save us this season with the defence we've got, but it's time we dropped the diamond as we're playing with 5 lads out of position week, in week out.
