    No it shows how much or little some people expect from a footballer at Barnsley FC.
    I fail to see how running around a lot and waving at your team mates is a better quality than being able to tackle and pass the ball forwards, but to some fans , effort is the be all and end all.
    I prefer the players to be able to do a bit of both really.
