    The main position Johnson should be looking to strengthen is that of the manager. He should resign with immediate effect and not wait till January by which time we may well be adrift. By doing the decent thing and resigning he will be helping the club immensely a) by saving the club another severance payment and b) eliminating at a stroke all the bad feeling and negativity which his tenure as 'coach' has led to.
