Having that Dave. And we were better off for it.

The quest to know what everyone's thinking and doing every minute of the day is a right pile of ****.

I think the clubs been fairly open, there's plenty of updates about incoming & possible outgoing players. Flitcroft & Rowing have continually given interviews, the new man Watkins has given an interview. People leave jobs & people start new jobs like any other business, all we can do is wait and see what happens.

Our clubs been a lot more open about it's business than most others are.

Absolutely spot on. Couldn't have put it better myself. In fact I wish I could have put the point across nearly as well.

Consumers no longer just buy in to a product, but they buy in to a brand experience. BFC needs to understand that.

For some reason it won't let me quote Gally's post but that pretty much sums up my thoughts.

I thought my title was pretty clear that I wasn't saying that we categorically have any rights to information but as usual people decide to miss the point and see this as an attack on the club.

I also think that since 2008/9 the attitude of expecting people to put up and shut up or don't bother is totally redundant.

Know your rights all three of them

    Number 1
You have the right not to be killed
    Murder is a crime
    Unless it was done
    By a policeman
    Or an aristocrat
    Know your rights

    Number 2
You have the right to food money
    Providing of course
    You don't mind a little
    Investigation, humiliation
And if you cross your fingers
    Rehabilitation

    Number 3
You have the right to free speech
As long as you're not dumb enough to actually try it.

    Know Your Rights
    These are your rights

I think you are right in the sense that the most effective way to get more bums on seats is to have a successful team but what I'm saying is that if clubs are more customer service focused and fans feel more valued by the football club we may be in a better position to retain these fans when things aren't so rosie on the pitch.

Yes, but what about the Lefts?

seems a bit onesided to me this debate so I thought I'd add a bit of balance
