    as you were.... nothing to see here. If we had beaten Norwich in 81/82 we would have been promoted. Damn Norwich.....

    As I recall, roundabout that Norwich defeat, I'm pretty sure we went so many games without a win?
    It sticks in my mind , a home defeat to Leicester late on in the season which was the death knell?

    81/82 was just ace!! So called small town club with big away support; entertaining football and a true belief we could win every week. We had our blips obviously, but we had such pride in what we had
