    I wanted to specialise and they wanted to get shut of me for being a dirty, old man.:D
    Crystal visits the elderly, ill & infirm in their home, seeing to their various medical needs. An assessment is made by Social Services with regards to the medical & social needs of the individuals, taking into account the levels of independence they may request. She really loves her job.
