    A pimped up merc

    Purple tinted windows, cream leather, new and a fairly decent model.</p>

    Hated it, horrible to drive, too many buttons and gadgets. Old man's car, that looked stupid with the pimped up extra's, massive engine and still no umpf.</p>

    Company car for one of the directors. Wouldn't have wanted it if it was given for free. Horrible.</p>

    1996 drove a Brabham formula 2 and in 1997 drove THE Ford GT that had competed in the Le Mans 24 hr. (only round the car park though, not sure of date but either 67 or 68 sat in john Lennons Lamborghini whilst it was waiting for him to collect it at the Lambretta factory. Just gone downhill since then........

    First car I bought 1955 Ford Prefect, Black, most popular colour, cost an arm and a leg in those days £128. To me it was expensive. Felt like a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, only t'doors opened tuther way. My car is still black, most popular colour in the model, Range Rover Vogue SC. :D :D :D
