15. Fat and/or old people who slowly waddle along the pavement so you can't squeeze past.

I take it you're only counting people as disabled if they have a visible, physical disability?

Making stuff up that's dangerous to justify their own exsistance </p>

kids playing conkers in the yard - have to wear googles </p>

Trips out with kids where you have to fill in fifty bits of paper </p>

 

No but where I go there are some that as someone said above fitter than all of us nt
