When are chemical weapons not chemical weapons?

Rounds is sometimes to mean the same thing as bullets and sometimes to mean the same thing as shells and vodka shots. Yes, I agree, it's not clearly defined. Whereas artillery do not fire bullets as you initially implied. A bullet does not have the capacity to disperse chemicals or nerve agents into the atmosphere whereas an artillery round or vodka glass does. Happy?

After reading loads of articles where rounds/shots/bullets are interchangeable I've come to the conclusion you can use any at any time and it's perfectly correct unless your name's Jay.

You're missing the point. Its a question of personal morality and believing in something you think is wrong. I didn't back the war because I didn't want to see innocent people dead in my name and I didnt want that on my conscience. In the same way Im not going to defend the use of chemical weapons and I dont want to be associated with that either, nor the people who use it. If people are ambivolent with that idea, then fine, that's up to you.

2.5 million years of human evolution and you think you're insignificant? It says much about the system we live under and the feeling of powerlessness most people have. I suggest you stop accepting your part in this and get angry. It helps

My ideas on Iraq were pragmatic and based in reality, those who thought we could do this job in a few months were crazy ideaologues who believed what they were told to believe. Ideologies are fine as long as people have ideas on how to get there. If you dont then its pie in the sky stuff. Besides, my ideas havent killed anyone ;-)

It's got nowt to do with who said it, just the context. Rounds/shots/bullets are for the most part interchangeable but you wouldn't say artillery fire bullets as they don't.

Bullets is used in the title but nowhere else in that article, and in that title it's only used in a lighthearted manner.
