My thoughts are with you buddy. Stay positive, the NHS do an amazing job and she is in great hands. Makes all the stuff we bicker about on here seem totally pointless at times like this.
Sending love and positive thoughts to you both - I hope she's able to beat it and make a full and speedy recovery.
Don't know you or your wife personally but my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family in what must be a tough time. Really hope she makes a recovery.
I've started a reply about 5 times and had to delete it each time. Firstly, a thank you to everyone who has replied and for offers. I won't reply to each individual post, because I likely won't manage it. But thank you, its very much appreciated. I'm fine by the way. Obviously, I also have covid, but I don't even have a sniffle, nor a sore throat, nothing. Life is just so unfair in so many ways. All my actions over the last 2 years have been to try and keep her safe given her condition, despite the funny looks, the crossing the road, the double masking, staying at home, the insane levels of cleaning and wiping. And it's all failed, my efforts haven't been enough.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I had 5 weeks in hospital battling this. Don't despair. It is possible to fight it off. The care they are able to give now is so much better than it was 2 years ago, now that they have better knowledge of what they are treating. Please keep us informed. In the meantime, thoughts (and prayers) are with you.
Adding my thoughts and prayers for you and your wife that the tide will turn your way and she will come through.
Gut wrenching to read these posts. Especially with how careful you have both been. Sending best wishes to you both and hopefully things work out.
Sorry to hear your situation, not a lot anyone can say that can alter anything other than my wife was a Sister on ICU for 25yrs and we still have friends working in the ICU , they will do everything possible to get your wife through , I hope you both get through it
