reading some of reply's in this thread, Saturday nights going to but good on here, we'll be down by 6 goals and they'll still be some believing we'll stay up, you couldn't make it up.
I stopped reading after, "when we go down" I have every confidence Flicker and the players will keep us up, not even thinking about League One!
if we do go down it wont be flickers fault,we cant fault whats happened since the new year,Keith Hill and his tactics will be the reason we'll be in league1,he should have been sacked at the end of last season.I for one never had rose tinted specs on with regards to hill,I enjoyed listening to him I've got to admit but other than that he's been a disaster for us. I fear the worst if we go down,it'll be hard enough with the players we've got but if we lose some of these (and we will) and the wage budget has to be cut even more we've some bleak times ahead.
If we go down..we'll still be there..but we're not down yet..lose to Hull and it'll look bleak..beat Hull and anything can happen..depends on the other results but we could be going in to the last day with Wednesday Blackpool and Burnley all worried as well as Blackburn and Ipswich, there are so many permutations it's impossible to call..but win Saturday and we're still in with a real fighting chance..don't accept relegation until the maths say its impossible.
Ok as far as bad opening posts go, that wasnt a good one that I started this thread with. I admit that I would still ask tho where some of our fans have gone, the attendances especially at home these days are dreadful. This is perhaps THE most important set of games in our recent history, and the club need fans now more than ever. Flitcroft will surely stay on with us next season no matter what happens, but if we go down it also depends on which players will stay with us.
And if people sat round me start abusing the team and leave after an hour today, I'll be doing it again
