    Labour may be the reason Labour lost the election, but the Tory majority is down to the collapse of the LibDem's and UKIP vote in the south.
    The LibDem voters voted Tory as they knew Clegg would suck up to Cameron again to keep power and when Farage softened his right wing stance to appear more statesmanlike, the UKIP voters in the south went back to the Tories as well.
