Some good points but on the Simoes issue, what are you/we basing that on? Coming off as a sub in a sulk one time? Do you know more than that single occasion? I don't, but just wondering. Seems incredibly harsh to be frozen out for that and he's always seemed a nice lad. Maybe something else has gone on that we're not aware of.. I also read recently that he's injured?

Im basing it on Val's comments, his lack of selection and appearances even sitting on the bench. Im also adding to my logic the fact that Adebeyojo seems to have leapfrogged him (and Schmidt) in the pecking order through his own application and hard work. I dont know any more than i have read or heard generally but i guess that what most will base their comments on. I'm thinking if he doesn't figure it's better for his career to be playing somewhere else either on loan or possibly even permenant.

I agree but my logic isn't based on whether they have potential, its based on how can that potential be unlocked and perhaps a loan is the best way. In addition if we want to keep James and bring new players in, the logic says we have to make space somewhere. I was discussing this and my thinking is if we bring in 2 or 3, then we loan out 3-4 if the loanees do a good job and push for the squad on their return it can only be a bonus. If they return after little game time like Sibbick then we are no worse off, but at least we have given squad space for coaching and finance.

Does anyone know what’s been going on with Marsh? Is he still injured?
Brammall too - he’s missed the last few games hasn’t he?

That all makes sense, just think it's a shame he's gone from being an impactful, fairly regular player to the u23s. I think he's definitely an asset but we'll see what pans out.

I remember VI a few weeks back made some reference to his (Simoes) lack of serious attitude and application in training.

    Weve had

    Sibbick
    Frieser
    Marsh
    Bramall
    Kane
    Collins
    Palmer

No one has selected Oduor which is a shame as he got a lot of praise at one point and dont forget the importance of the Brentford goal. Lets see what the transfer window brings.

Palmer seems to be the big hope at the minute for most.
