    I've just looked at the list of North/South/Seeded/Unseeded.

    Leicester in the South but Shrewsbury in the North

    I think they split them in to Seeded and not seeded then split them north/ south.

    I think a couple of seasons ago Notts county were in south and Peterborough in north. Think Posh played Rotherham that season.

    The seeding is done first because it's based on league position. Then they split it. Saw a few comments on the FL site from Birmingham, Leicester etc...seriously, who cares, it's not as though the whole competition is regionalised!

    I'll second this especially with it been on a Saturday in August, great for a day round York.

    Wouldn't mind playing Fleetwood or anyone else on the coast either.
