Who else is back to work today?

I thought they might let us go early as they have done in previous years when working between Christmas & New Year but not this time around. (N)

 

T'other half worked Xmas Day and Boxing Day too. That's the trouble when you work with people or animals - they want feeding. Hope your foot gets better soon.

 

Went for years working all hours God sent Holidays days off week ends. Then I sold all my businesses and retired. Shopping, Holidays, Hobbies, wifes company. Great for about a year. Now back working, unpaid but helping the family in business, six years after retirement age. It is difficult to wind down. Ask them who are out of work, redundant, etc.
