    you're avin a larrf.. Ritchards & Wright are Donkeys

    that have their hearts in the right place & have a good work ethic, Full stop. Hayes has good skills but needs to be braver & stronger at times. If he had a decent striker at his side, I'm sure he'd get bags more goals. Also, Not forgetting, that often he gets shoved out wide.
