    Supersub that day... came on and scored both our goals to earn a 2-2 draw. He's one of my all-time favourite Tarn players, along with Ronnie Glavin.

    Eddie Loyden against the Blunts in the old Yorkshire cup,think we drew at the well and then got battered 9-0 in Sheffield. Went to a cup game when i was 4 years old in 1962 i thinks with me dad but carn't remember a thing about the game!

    Brendan O'Connell. Was against Wolves. I was stood right at the front of the ponty (first and last time). Was 5 years old and he just ran over screaming in my face. Brendan O'Connell and that celebration is probably the reason I'm a Barnsley fan!

    1st April 1961 Reds beat Port Vale 5-1, but i can't rember who scored the first goal, Frank Bartlett or Frank Beaumont. They both scored 2. We were leading 2-1 at half time.Sat on a barrier in what is now the lower west stand.
