Who seriously rates Ritchie as a manager??

weren't Vale decimated by injuries? Haven't they got a smaller (and sh*tter) squad than us?

 

Do they even have any quality players to miss?

Which of their first choice players was absent? I'm not overly familiar with their team.

They had many of their key players missing.
Dinning, Smith being two. Smith tore us apart last season.

ritchie didnt get us into this division

and i suppose most of you cant rmember all the years we had in this and the 4th division so you consider every manager a failure. barnsley are now a division higher than when i first started watching them. look how long johnny steele was manager in the 4th division with gates of around 1000 no-one seemed to get on his back like todays fans. the success of recent years is still a memory for us all but dont ever forget all the years spent in the lower divisions. if god forbid we did slip as low as the 4th or even the conference i will still be there, why not i did it before .
