I think Simon Davey

Will be shopping in a vastly superior market place this summer.

Unless we can ship some players out, then nobody

The squad is quite a size as it is, so I reckon we need to clear some out before we bring some in.

Get rid of Reid and bring in a left footed left back.

Lose Johnson and Togwell and sign a left footed left sided midfield player and a mobile, hard tackling central midfield player.

Send Nardiello back and see if anyone will sign Ferenczi/Odejayi/Christensen/Mostto then bring in a couple of forwards.

    I agree

We're going to have to offload players who have under performed, or are simply unlikely to make a realistic challenge for a first team place on a regular basis ie. :-
Ferenczi, Christensen, Mostto, Nardiello, Mattis, Reid, Johnson, Togwell.
I know I'll have included individuals who will have their particular backers, but I think it'd be improbable that we could keep all these players on our books and still be able to add quality, as well as quantity, to our squad.

its probably not worth us speculating because we only think about british based players and its likely davey will go shopping in europe again

It's always fun to hear speculation

But I believe you'll be proved right.

    left-footed players

a left-footed player in midfield, and at left back, plus a partner for Macken.

Michael Mcindoe woulddo nicely re. the midfield, though I guess we would have no chance re-signing him.

all i want this summer is David Connelly

not sure how much we could get him for and what his wages are, but he has expereience and class, he knows where the back of the net his.

him and macked upfront with kayo coiming off the bench as an impact player shouldn't be too far off the mark.

Probs is Eastwood went for £2mil and Sharp £3mil

Frustratinly not as easy to buy players from the team that go down anymore.

    Derby midfield player

left sided, signed him from Man United. Injured for start of this season, struggled to get back in their side (!!), looked top drawer last season in their promo run in.
