    S.M how can you say that the crowds are to small to sustain a Championship club then say we should go for Nicky Maynard - how much do you think he would cost then?

    and how many clubs are in for him. An offer of £1m now might do it, would be shrewd business, he's every bit as good as Frazier Campbell, if we're serious we should spend the the Cup money on him. sell Muller to finance it even, if necessary.

    I agree with that apart from the Muller bit but I think he will leave Crewe no matter what division they are in

    I just think he will set his sights on a bigger club than us

    Yes, but 'one of our players' is six years older and left Crewe two years ago. Can't see them being the best of mates, if that's what you're getting at.

    Foster signed for Burnley, for family reasons, at the time we were very close to a deal.

    Wayne Routledge, Obvious reasons, not playing for Villa.

    James Vaughan from everton, someone to run beyond Macken, bit of presence too.

    Kuffour and Sam Vokes are worth a look from Bournmouth. From the 3 seconds per week, i see on Goals round ups, they are world beaters,
