Kebe returns just in time for them... even though we beat em at their place, JayMac had his arse torn all day, and gave 2 pens away. I am not looking forward to Kebe, McAnuff or Kanu running at Wiseman and McEveley. And if Gray, Dagnall and Nouble are our options up top with Craig, it bodes well, for Reading. Oh, and we have no idea which midfielders will start... its piss poor on my part, but for once at home, I expect us to get destroyed ala Blackpool a few months back. I hope am wrong, and will sing my little heart out as per
Re: Y'mean Reading who have won the last 8 games F 13 A 2 .... that Reading So right mate. If we played positively, took it to the opposition and lost then so be it, at least we could say we tried. But when you go out not to win a game and play all negative before losing, you deserve the boos you get.
Yes Law of averages - we're due a win and they're due a defeat. We are more than capable of beating them if we play to our best so I reckon we'll do it. Everyone'll expect them to win so the pressure'll be on.
Not impossible, but I'd be surprised We're not very good, they are. If we played them every week we'd lose a hell of a lot more often than we'd win.
I we go out and have a go at em Then I can't see why not. There was a 10 minute spell against Birmingham, where we moved the ball around and looked for an opening, if the opening wasn't there we went backwards and started again. In that spell, brum touched the ball about 10 times, they couldn't get near us, it ended in us scoring (Davies was it). We did the same a little later on, which ened in Done scoring, albeit wrongly dissalowed for offside. Then we came back out in the 2nd half and played hoof ball, and got torn apart. If we just keep hold of the ball, and play patient passing football, like we did back in the summer, we can beat anyone, regardless of league position, form, budget or reputation.
Always do If you can't be optimistic as a Tarn fan you're watching the wrong team. There's no point being down and expecting the worst.
We'll do em 46 - nil Because we're barnsley. That's how brilliant a true red Barnsley fanatic fan I am.
Odds, form and anything else stacked against us except the Reev napping Reading so its got to be a draw for me.
I'd settle for 26, just to get the goal difference up a bit Then we can start talking about 30's and 40's against Palace.
