He's in the driving seat at the moment

And the longer the unbeaten run goes on , the more difficult it'll be NOT to give him the job .

Then he will have shown he is the man for the job.
    I coudn't argue with that.
As far as I can see he's doing every thing right but there must be a few of the Ritchie brigade out there who arn't happy with the ease that he is turning things round.

You are very quick to exclude Davey

2 wins at home with 2 clean sheets and a draw at Leeds with injuries and a player stabbed during the week. Doing a fairly good job from where I'm standing.

And if he does get the job

It'll be interesting to see who he targets to bring in during the transfer window .

As one of the Ritchie brigade I think he is making it very difficult

for the board not to give him more time.

If we get a big name and he has a decent season he'll be off

Davey's the man give him the job and let him get on with it,everybody was on  about Howard being a porker and off form,Davey drops him gets a kick up the arse and looks like he's back to his best good plus we get continuity another manager could rip the squad appart.

so thats you is it..you want a "NAME", well I just want results

Davey sems to be writing a pretty clear CV to me.I can't give a stuff about "NAMES" anymore .I just want personel who will do the job now.look at The Owls, there new manager aint exactly a "NAME" but he has got them going in the right direction. As for the football..well again I do not GIVE a **** as to its prettyness, its safety this season that is paramount and if this means dull ugly performances to ensure this ...then so be it.

Don't care what anyone says Davey has shown in the space of...

10 days in charge that he has an excellent tactical brain, has the respect of the lads and also seems to be able to motivate them...

He's also shown he's not afraid to upset a few of our better players when needed, and i know a few of you will say he's had some luck ie last minute goal against Ipswich but you make your own luck sometimes.

I personally don't know if Simon will get the job but if he does i'm behind him 100%...
