It is Barnsley, the team I have supported at Oakwell for over 20 years. Football is my hobby, I enjoy the day out (despite the game often puttign a dampner on it). I WILL be renewing. Only concern is those with me might not - but I'd go alone.

Hope PC reads this and does the right thing on 3rd May

Difficult to say if this board is representative of the fan base as a whole (probably is) but it has to make PC sit up and take notice

RE: Who's considering not going next season if Davey remains?

I`ll always go come what may, whatever division we are in,I`m a Barnsley fan and that means going when the times are good or bad,and whoever the manager is.If Simon Davey is there next year, and I think he will be,and he does well then everyone will be saying how great he is.Football is a fickle game and we all want to win,no-one wants to loose. One think I am convinced about is Simon Davey and Mr Crine will hurt just as much as any of us do when we don`t win.I think a few people should consider that before they open their mouths.......

I'm not sure the manager of a team can ever hurst as much as the supporters

He'll feel the pressure as much, more so, but he'll not hurt the same when we lose. Simon Davey hasn't got Barnsley running through his blood like we have, it's just a job to him. A job I'm sure he is extremely dedicated to, but in 10 years time he'll not give Barnsley a second thought. Unless he's planning how to beat us when managing a different club.

I will not get a season ticket, go to some matches after October when he gets the sack :D

Will never alter my support of the team, but I will not support this manager, different things.

I'm considering not going if he is there and I know there are a lot around me thinking the same. We are the lifeblood and customers of the club and if they wont listen to us then my withholding of season ticket money will be a protest until Cryne starts to listen and removes Davey.

Depends what league we are in.

Simon Davey in charge or not, I will get a season ticket if we are in the championship. I will seriously have to consider it if we are in league 1. Might have to pick and choose my games.
