Famous Brits bumped into abroad

Richard and Judy, in a lift, in Los Angeles. Very odd.

And Sophie Ellis-Bextor in a 'cafe' in Amsterdam, having a 'cigarette'. Theres another one that is better looking in the flesh than on telly.

    RE: How?

Increasing tax burden with no reform of public services. Pensions crumbling, and Prescott's obsession with splitting England into self governing provinces which will only exist to generate yet more public sector jobs.

Errosion of Civil Liberties which according to the former head of MI5 will do knob all to prevent terrorism.

I could go on but I'm getting vexed.

Well, not really. It's just going to take ten to fifteen years. But the fundamentals of GP Choice and health reforms are excellent ideas, they'll just take anouther ten years and £6bn to implement.

The NHS is something like the 3rd largest employer in the world. It's impossible to transform something on that large a scale in the 8 years Labour have been in. But the plans are strong, and make sense, and will work if they're not abandoned or scuppered by changes and short-termism.

People want instant results and that's just not in the nature of the business.

Kin ell, another serious post. I better get saving up.

It is genuinely the fault of the Tories for abandoning the RHA's and introducing the internal market.

It has created an army of empire builders. the Chief Exec of a PCT gets a 6 figure salary. Justify that fcuker to me someone.
