Why are people so negative about the takeover

    We won't know if the takeover has had any immediate impact until the 31st, but so far I don't see any reason why the signing of Moore wouldn't have happened under the old regeme. Either way, I suspect this is going to be a fairly long-term project and we need to be patient.
