Why do we have an Academy?

    I doubt we have more than say 4 full time coaches at the acadamy surplus to the usual requirements for a youth set up, a few ancillary staff and the odd education officer. Maybe 250k a year on staff. Cant see many other substanstial costs.

    So if your say 250k now there's a good chance after Prem we set up a over expensive youth system, that we couldn't afford.
