Why does everyone hate Simon Davey?

I make it my mission in life to avoid most of our players and management as it can taint your views. Who do you think has done a better job since we got promoted out of interest. Robins did ok though the football was often diabolical. hill was our worst ever manager. Flitcroft good in a crisis not good when careful planning was needed. Danny? Too early to tell. Ritchie was unfairly sacked and too early so it's difficult to judge. Last few seasons have been truly awful they were never quite so ***** under Davey.

 

I think the board(or lack of such a thing) have made a complete **** up with regards to managers since we got promotion.
We have got rid of managers too early and then kept managers too long, idiocy at best.
Ritchie was on his way out of the club even before we got promoted and he knew it, heard it first hand from the big boss. Not the greatest manager we have ever had, but we owe him a lot and we should have built on the promotion, instead he was given a transfer budget of £275,000 to keep us up, then sacked because he would not spend it all on one player !
Davey shafted Ritchie big style, but then he himself got caught out by his own methods!
Robins, whilst some of his football was not pretty, we never looked in any danger of going down. The goal posts were moved after he agreed to a plan of action, then when he asked for time to consider how to go forward under the new terms, he was sacked, he did not walk away, he was sacked, which is why we had to pay him compo . I have seen it on here many times how he couldn`t work under the new terms, but he was not given the chance to.
Hill his stats say he was the worst, I did not ever take to him, he irritated me and got on my tits,, but I have seen worse managers at Oakwell.
Flitcroft , hated the man, did a great job last season, but believed his own hype this season , along with some of his special players. Mellon, dodgy ground.
Wilson , who knows what the outcome will be this season, but he is not got everything he wants or needs so far. Eaden should be here as assistant manager.

 

I could be wrong but didn't he also play Togwell at full back?
