Don't think anyone particularly *hates* him. Not from what I've read anyway. Think we all hope he has a stinker against us and if anything the level of hate is more directed at the injustice of finance in football. I fail to understand how Derby can afford him and remain in the scope of financial fair play. I guess a lot is to do with the ground sale/sponsors. Thats what I hate anyway, not Rooney.
I don’t. I think it’s a shame he never realised his talent and lacked the application of Ronaldo who for a time he had the same potential as but while Ronaldo for all his faults is completely dedicated Rooney wasn’t. Still scored some great goals for England and hmgave us some great moments.
Like a lot of others, he's a victim of the British medias favourite pastime re- build your heroes up only to knock them down later. It's unfortunately part of the "territory."
I agree! On Sky, immediately after the match, there’s a program Wayne Rooney: Life in the Championship! Wayne is the programme, Derby are the supporting cast & we are the “walk in extras”! Derby seem to be flouting FFR with the ground sale, gambling on promotion but how on earth can they afford his wages?
Yeah that is just ridiculous! From some reports its as high as £90K a week. Which is just insane. I'd be surprised if our first team are earning that collectively!
Joking aside never understood cheating on your partner. I don't think it's difficult not to want to stick your d ick in someone else whilst in a relationship.
I think that it comes down to respect at the end of the day re- respect for both yourself and your wife/ partner. We now live in a " throwaway" age where it's seen as acceptable to kick over the traces. In this present age , a lot of couples choose not to get married and of course, that's their prerogative. With regards to fidelity quite a number of folk who have married ,respect the vows they undertook on the day they tied the knot and are blessed with the willpower to resist temptation, whilst others would quite frankly " sh*g" a warm scarf.
Wonder how much he's been on and if it has resulted in club not being able afford to pay their players
Are people less respectful of their vows, or were marriages only meant to have a finite lifespan? - In 1800, when the average person died at 40 you could see why marriages could last for 20 years before one became a widow(er) (and many women died in childbirth/children died under the age of 5), but now we could be married for 60 years. Are we meant to be with one person for that long? (psychologically)
Me neither. The thought of having sex again with someone that has done what he has makes me feel physically sick. Colleen could surely have done better for herself than stay with him.
I hate him because whenever I come up against him on PS3 FIFA he always scores at least a couple of goals. His stats are ridiculously over-powered, it's like playing against bloody Superman. In the real world, however, he barely warrants a "meh". Fingers crossed, I'll still be able to say that after the match!
