    The Man City penalty

I did mean the Man City penalty Farnham - but to be honest it happens most weeks. Strikers ability to hang a leg out so that it catches the defenders leg and gives them 'the right' to go down seems to be a vital 'skill' to have nowadays.....

    Re: The Man City penalty

Cheats have been prospering in football for many years and the authorities do nothing about it whatsoever. Any kind of change must come from the top and be filtered down, but FIFA is corrupt and sadly it seems so is The Football League in this country...

The media are dreadful in this country too and have been advocating cheating as good play for years. John Motson has been using the line, 'There was contact, so he was entitled to go down' for quite a while. Many aspects of the game really annoy me, to the point where I have largely lost my passion for football...
