Why is anyone surprised with tonight’s performance

    £5 a ticket, a thousand more than usual turned up. We took the kids ,it was a sunny day, we were in the West Stand lower. Port Vale were good value for the win,their fans serenaded Robbie Van der Laan with "you should've stayed with the Vale". I think they felt they would easily beat PV,as they were just out of the PL. There were obvious tensions on show,dissent from Matt Appleby when substituted. Van der Laan and Kevin Richardson overrun in midfield, quality players on the bench. Nothing changes for Barnsley fans.

    What's even scarier is that we properly robbed them - no way did we deserve to beat Coventry.

    I never went to swindon but donny away was definitely up there walsall away chester and crawley at home also ran it close under wilson.
