I seem to remember a certain Ian Banks getting slaughtered by the fans in his first six months in the team as a teenager. Clarke persevered with him and we ended up with a gem. If the youngsters have any promise in them we need to get them blooded as soon as possible in my opinion.

its a great thought Kev, but we are not safe yet.

some think we have done enough already.I am not sure of that. It would be wonderful to bring out a load of kids and blood them,but what if we did slide into that zone. As Dettee has said if we had another 6 poits to our name then maybe..but not just yet.No matter what way Mr Hill plays his cards even he must be now looking downwards and not the opposite.If we are all honest too, we will admit that we are praying that as many teams as possible below us lose each week in order to keep us up. Sorry but it is now beginning to get that desperate.

I believe the experienced players can and should offer more than they have been doing. However, one or two of the youngsters may also give us the spark that's obviously missing at the moment.

Nor do I claim to have. It's one thing to continually criticise, but I'm trying to suggest a way to get the team out of this slump we appear to have been in since the start of the New Year (with the exception of the odd impressive performance).
