Pretty obvious isn't it? All this "always the victim" ********. Straight out of the S*n playbook. I thought the Hillsbrough Investigation might have caused a few to sit back and take stock, but nope. I'll leave you all to it.
You ever been to Anfield? I have twice, plus a couple of other games featuring Liverpool fans , capable of forming my own opinion thanks.
Quite the contradiction in this post. People pointing fingers at Liverpool fans as ‘usual suspects’ - maybe people should question specific troublemakers, not the fanbase as a whole. I’d be very annoyed if it happened at a Barnsley match and the general public said ‘typical Barnsley fans’. Individuals are responsible for their own actions, however childish, and it isn’t fair to blame ‘Liverpool fans’.
Quick question. What about people who really like and respect Everton and their supporters but think Liverpool are self entitled? Is that stereotyping people from Liverpool? This is coming from a commie, Corbyn loving Leftie.
You appear (to me at least) to have insinuated that what’s happened tonight isn’t a coincidence because it’s Liverpool and typical of them. Asking Fonzie not to generalise people in the thread and instead highlight specific posters contradicts your stance of ‘it’s always Liverpool’ (hasn’t happened in any of the other finals etc), and I would argue you should take your own advice and question specific troublemakers (‘fans’), not the ‘usual suspects’ I.e. Liverpool. If you’re not blaming Liverpool fans as a whole for tonight and I’ve read it completely wrong, feel free to correct me.
Not sure it’s a clear cut to blame Liverpool fans as some in this thread are concluding. So interesting comments here in this thread
Seems like you've got a bee in your bonnet, I respond to threads as I read them and really can't be arsed back tracking just to try to prove a point.
100% Scousers causing the deaths of 39 Italian people in Brussels in 1986. English clubs banned from Europe for 5 years as a consequence. Argue against that.
No worries. I'm not about arguing the toss and don't have a bee in my bonnet, just responding to the latest too really. Have a good night
It has happened before.... the wall behind he Brewery Stand, versus Workington Town in the sixties ... nothing could keep them in....
