    I'd be quite surprised if Russia lose it now, as there are no footballing or logistical reasons for it not to go ahead there. Plus it's less than three years away. Having said that, if something monumental comes out about irregularities in the bidding process, you never know. As for Qatar, I'd be astounded if it went ahead.
