Hope not because he looks like a man that’s given up . His whole demeanour, team selections/tactics says to me he just doesn’t know what to do . His calling out the players all the time , I’ve never known a Manager/Coach blame the players as much , almost every interview it’s certain players fault . His team selections are baffling one game they are in the team the next not even in the squad . His persistence with Oduor as a striker is criminal imo and he’s going to ruin the lads confidence if not his career . For me that’s sending a message to the board that if you don’t sack me and give me my compo this is what I’ll do to your club , I just can’t think of any other reason he would keep doing it . Our Main Striker not being used as the main striker but corner taker and chief bottle washer. Our Second best striker can’t get in the squad but plays a young naive kid that’s taking stick he should not be getting ?? Playing out from the back not just the back but even behind our six yard box with players drained of confidence and losing the ball before it’s even got out of our first quarter? If they not gonna sack get him away from the first team and selection and tactics at least ffs.
Just seen a tweet from someone saying that Stendel got sacked for less than this. 100% right - Stendel had a promotion in the bank and had his squad ripped up. Schopp has been a shambles.
I`ve already made my mind up to leave wheh Sheff U go one nil up. Knowing my luck it will be in the 95th minute
Reminds of that letter/speech in band of brothers before they dropped in Normandy. Love to MS jump and his parachute not open.
I'm a season ticket holder who is desperate to get out of the house after a 2 week COVID illness but I'm chalking **** on Sunday.
We need Doctor Zazlos, and thereev, to raise a new campaign of hatred, as they did with the squeaky dwarf. Pour Coke down the back of the manager, and claim a new one, please, Mr. C. Onway. HTH.
I said I was giving my lad the choice but after last night, balls to that, he's not going either. Maybe voting with feet will get the board to listen because sure as sh*t results on the pitch aren't.
I disagree on that. Tonight we need to find out about the West stand and the ground problems. Don't want them to wriggle off the hook by the manager situation. I honestly don't think it should be up to the fans to sack a manager.
They don't see Schopp as any threat to them, he's getting the flak. With Daniel we knew he was giving 100% and knew we needed experience. I do wonder if Val had stayed whether or not he'd have got what he asked for this season or whether they would expect him to achieve again regardless
I am as disgruntled as the next man especially as I am one of the unfairly treated west stand season ticket holders , however all the seats have been already paid for & staying away will not hurt them one iota plus if we want to get out of this mess then the players should have the fans behind them, the only time fans voting with their feet will hurt them is when the early bird renewal comes around & alas Mr Conway you will find out that the birds have flown their nests , relegation & no advanced sales now that would hit them hard .
He should have gone after the Forest game. The fact nothing happened over the international break doesn’t make me think the board will act anytime soon. Sunday will be absolutely toxic, especially if we fall behind.
