I've not seen him beat a man or go past one since he came.

I'll not be sad to see him go. His hair style was never acceptable either!

Re: If Cranie and Nyatanga are fit

Long balls are Flicker's tactic. Kennedy is told to do that because he's our most technically gifted player at the back.

Try 5% of long balls. They're usually right into O'Grady's chest and feet.

When we try to keep possession at the back everyone moans because it's risky. When we try to get the ball forward early everyone moans because it's long ball.

Agree with this. That's the reason O'Grady comes out to the left as Kennedy looks to hit him.

I don't think Kennedy is as bad as people are making out.

Big opportunity for Reuben now. I would imagine Flicker will put his faith in him and give him a chance to win that place at LWB.

Yes, it is a big ask for him when he's only relatively recently taken a quasi-defensive role, but from what I've seen, I back him to become a better option there than Golbourne has been, not that I wasn't a fan of Scott.

Kennedy was an outstanding performer in the final stages of last season. He has had a few bad games recently, but who in a red shirt hasn't?

Whenever I have seen him play at the back he gets done everytime by anyone with a bit of pace.

In preseason he was aweful in that position. imho

Re: If Cranie and Nyatanga are fit

Great point above about Kennedy and the ball's to O'Grady.

It's pretty obvious it's something he's been told to do my Flitcroft. If you have an issue with it blame Flicker not Kennedy, he's only following instructions.
