RE: If that is true.. PC wouldn't do anything to put this club in the situation it was a few years back. He is a fan, and a fan who is willing to help out. Why GS didn't take it I don't know. He will have his reasons but if it is down to pride, then that needs to be put to one side.
I believe that GS owns the club completly but that PC has loaned the club a large sum with no date set for it to be paid back and no interest owed.</p> I think that was the same situation with Ridsdale and as you know, PC got shut of him quickly enough (thankfully).</p> I guess the simple thing is that if he wanted to PC could call in the loan now which could force GS to sell up rather than pay it back.</p> All just theory and guesswork of course</p>

RE: I believe Oakwell Holdings has only one share issued as at the filing of the last annual return (Mr G Sheppard). So indirectly he owns the club.
