This guy is an absolute weapon with a vendetta against the club media team for having the audacity to try and promote the club in a good light. Can't stand that sort of "fan" who calls anybody who dare question their view a happy clapper. Snobbery, arrogance, ew.
The one I posted said 2 players separately told him after the man city freindly that schopp had no specific style of play.
So from the tweets etc it all sounds like it was going to be **** or bust. Now with the whole club and ground issue it's looking like a major bust. Oh to be in a parallel universe
The first I posted said it was a battling win against Birmingham and that were heading for the playoffs. The second one said we had to show patience for the new signings to settle in and that we'll be firing after they bedded in. A month later then it was all doom and gloom.
No, Chris is a good friend of mine and although he relayed the info he didn't actually ask to me do so through my log in. That was down to me. The 100 like stuff was before I got to know him however and I personally thought it funny how so many were triggered by it. He actually wants the club to do well as it happens. One of the most passionate fans I know.
To be fair that's how most of us were full of hope at the begining and willing to give schoop and the new players time to bed in. But as the weeks have gone by things have got worse not better and slowly the realisation dawned on most of us that Schopp simply isn't up to it.
I personally have nothing against the media team, however posting in game 'big ups' of players week in week out when we're actually dog **** at the moment is wearing thin with quite a few of the fan base. It appears yourself, @Fonzie and @TitusMagee have an issue with Chris, and have access to his twitter account so rather than moan about him on here, drop him a message. I'm sure he would have a good chat to you about the issues you have.
In fairness it can be cringeworthy. When you’re on a winless run photos showing & praising Helik for heading a ball don’t do a lot for me.
After a few brandies I have concluded that: Stylometrically, the posts of RAC and RG are quite similar Characteristically, the same need for praise and attention is evidenced in their respective posts Substantially, the content of both posters bases itself upon insider information that is largely absent from other posters Mysteriously , the real good ol' Robert Goulet in his later years tried to get a tune out of the Toy Story song "You've got a friend in me", which may be what RAC considers his RG alter ego on here to be. Sadly, the dismissive posts of those back in August, who just try and shut others up rather than debate constructively, are here at the beginnings of this thread to haunt them - are people not allowed to say what they think? At least a few have acknowledged their mistake, albeit without apology. Finally, it's not all over just yet, if we thrash the Blades on Sunday..
