RE: Thank the club's lazy, greedy ticketing policy for that. nt No Windys right. If you read the Cardiff fans post further up re allocation you will see where hes coming from.
RE: Thank the club's lazy, greedy ticketing policy for that. nt The fans were largely silent yes, but the players took 20 minutes to look interested and by then although we did have chances we were up against it big style. I think a lot of fans are wittling about the league and can't just switch that off and approched the game with apprehension and fear, much the same as most of the players.
Think about it say there are 7,000 that would have sung and got behind them, normally those 7,000 would be sat together but insted the club gave 4 tickets each so while I bought tickets and so did farnham, both paid same price, both season ticket holders and both would have sun, we were at opposite ends of the ground with families and arsenal fans between us. (just an example by the way, hypothetical and all that)
By the end of the match bet there were only 15000 in the barnsley end. The players looked like they didn't know what to do , they were embarrassed like I was that fans couldn't be arsed to show any appreciation for the cup run.
7,000 who normally sing? No they don't. There's probably 4,000 season ticket holders in the East Stand, maybe more, but they never sing. There's a small group of about 1000 in the Ponty who normally sing and that's it. I'm not one of them by the way. Nor is anyone who sits near me, but we're all season ticket holders.
