    Because the behaviour of that person reflects badly on the club, and particularly if it's a race related offence, the club would face charges from the FA for not acting.

    Are we going to ignore fans fighting outside the ground, because it's not in the ground?

    How about players taking performance enhancing drugs - n their own homes, clearly nowt to do with the club eh?

    I find it amazing that you're jumping to the defence of this bloke, despite your denials. Yet last year you got your knickers in a twist when Diversity had the audacity to do a dance routine showing their disgust at the way black people were being treat. You also said you were happy that Wakefield Trinity were no longer taking the knee against racism.

    I might be completely wrong but to me he looks like the local Muppet that's had too much to drink and got carried away with the emotion of the day and made a stupid mistake in the belief that he was being funny.
    Fella probably needs educating as much as punishing.

    Agree about it being a police matter but why should the Mount be taken to task? Struggling to see how the landlord is accountable for one man in the car park doing a quick discreet (though obviously caught on film) nazi salute? Obviously the guy is a nutter but unless the landlord was stood next to him, or saw it, or was made aware and could consequently boot him out, I fail to see how it can be the pub's fault or why they should answer for his actions?

    I'm quite happy to be judged by my peers and Site Admin. Also, unlike you, I don't need to resort to personal abuse. Everyone can see for themselves what any of us have posted on here and whether there's a common denominator with them.

    The club can refuse to do business with anyone it wishes provided it isn't for reasons of discrimination based on the 7 protected characteristics. Being racist isn't one of them, neither is being a bad driver.
