RE: If he died of injuries sustained during the attack and those injuries

What's murder or manslaughter got to do with the argument?

If hedied becauseof a kick to the head thenhe was kicked to death. It doesn't matter if he died then or 2 weeks later. If he hadn't been kicked he wouldn't be dead ffs.

as long as he can cook, why not?

I don't think he was in jail long enough but be that as it may, he's served his debt to society as prescribed by law. doesn't he deserve a second chance? if he's a talented enough cook, let him do his job

    Again, not true

Only the sun claims that he died from a kick to the head. In actual fact he died from a blood clot which may have been related to this incident and may have been related to another violent incident.

That is why the men were charged only with violent conduct as the coroners found no evidence to suggest that their attack led to his death.

Imagine kicking somebody in the leg and getting accused of breaking his leg despite it being broken before you kicked him.

    RE: He's not a liberal, he's a fascist. nt

So what you think is that people should neatly position themselves such so they can be categorised - so if they hold liberal views on one subject they should do so on every subject? How convenient that would be.....it doesn't work like that though.

    I'd either....

Like him rehabilitated and prove of use to society or have him put to death as a reminder that society will not tolerate thuggism.

In this case I'll give hime the benefit of the doubt, give him one chance and if not pop a cap in his ass (or some other method of termination, stunning with electrodes and then slitting the throat seemed a humane and quick way to go).
