No, I said you had a fair point in general but I think that given the previous event was 20 years ago I think it had no material effect on our chances of winning last night. My point was the fact that we lost wasn't proof you were right.
Apologies, I shouldn't have spoken to you like that. I'm not right because I don't necessarily believe it. I do think it's a thing, that previous poor results against a club can affect the result of a game, even if the current squad of players haven't been part of the teams that achieved those poor results. All it takes is for someone in the club to be aware of that poor record and the way they act can have an effect. But I don't know if it's having any influence in our games with Wrexham. There are way too many variables. It's impossible to make a judgement because there's simply no way of testing it.
