Perfectly serious. He's been out injured for nigh on two years. He's now ready to start playing again
and several Championship clubs are showing interest in taking him on loan.
Why shouldn't we try to bring him in.? He'd add to what we've already got and who knows just might
get a few goals in the process.?

He just “liked” a tweet about it so I guess there’s some truth in it. If he’s off and wants to go I’d rather give the players we will be relying on from January the game time to gel and improve. Good luck to him in the future but it can’t be good for morale having someone that can’t wait to leave getting in ahead of you.

Also lets not forget Pearson who I personally believe has been a tad unlucky to lose his place , although with Jackson injured , he may well get another opportunity at centre back should injuries or suspension happen to our current pairing

I agree RCB. Still feel Pearson will eventually adapt to the way we play and will become a useful Championship player.

    I’m not convinced.

He may well do - but I can’t see that being at full back, or at least not left back.

Centre back or a sitting mid, maybe.

Why have you dragged me into this thread? no need. I've not posted init to this point. Interesting to see what others thoughts are about it.

My point would be under Pulis WBA are an awful team for him to go to. I initially thought he was a similar size to Fryers but he went to him before the game and been honest was way taller than him. After the game Isgrove went across and he was a similar size to him. Given the fact that Pulis played a 6ft 1 inch defender at RB on Saturday and as played Craig Dawson RB quite a lot then I wouldn't give him much hope there.

Agree Troff. I think his best position could be at centre-back.

Me too. Thought so as soon as I saw him play. I like the lad, but he's no full back.
