    None of the selections in my e/w lucky 15 I mentioned either. I run the race out in my head before I place my bets and multiples. When I say scattergun it's based on my own form lines. I might fancy 5 in one race and 1 in the next etc. Only back horses in form that I've backed before unless it's a maiden. Then I back whatever hasn't ran from the best stables in my designated pecking order.

    I looked at Blue Collar too. Striking jockey booking. However, I went for Inishfallen instead because it had a similar profile and thought it was interesting that Sean Levey was riding for Brian Meehan rather than Hannon. Is he retained rider for Manton thorough breads? (Not sure about jockey bookings.)

    No. I don't do it for profit. However, when I do have a decent win I spend all the proceeds on clothes, model railways and the pub.

    Laura had the biggest benefit from it. Two house moves and furnishings. Lesson well and truly learnt there. I'd rather cut it off than get in another expensive relationship.

    I'm not aware of any tie-up between Sean Levey and Manton, SD. I don't think Manton have that many horses these days. [Edit: They've four.] But interesting that Michael Pescod has had three runners in the last fortnight and Levey hasn't ridden any of them. So I don't know what's going off there. Anyway, Andrea's not a bad replacement, is he? Meanwhile, Blue Collar's just gone 6's, so somebody fancies it!

    Skybet. They pay extra places on the majority of the races but you don't get best odds. Is it worth while going each way about the extra place races but risking taking SP?

    I don't very often bet each way, so others may know best. Bet365 are the same though, a quick glance at their T & C's reveals.

    Bet365 gives odds for extra place bets so you can basically choose your preferred number of places in an EW bet and they will offer you a price accordingly.
    I don’t think “ best odds” applies though.
    They do however stay very competitive with their offers

    Looooooser, thats me. Just bought 2 pork pies 9 parnd 20,treating wife to fish n chips on way home, i'll just watch her eat hers.Just got back, great day, great entertainment an money in the Wifes purse, nizaaka, came good 40/1 placed, 2 winners 3 places, wife did well,
