    No but I wouldn't blame them if they did. But I'm not saying it would stop the racist Millwall fans being racist but if all of a sudden Millwall FC had a big hole in their finances because sponsorship and TV money had gone the clubs board may be more inclined to ban their racist fans rather than try to ignore them or pretend they don't exist.

    Why is it strange angle surely it's the same angle as the BLM movement saying enough is enough it's the BAME players saying no we won't tacitly go along with this anymore by playing for that team while those supporters are allowed in the ground

    Great. I'm sure it would have helped the decision to quit knowing that there isn't pervasive racism against your race within the industry, and no credible danger of being unemployable due to being labelled a troublemaker who plays the race card.

    It sounds very blame the victim what you're posting, don't know i
    Maybe in this current environment, but bear in mind the real push came in 2020 with BLM. Before that, it was very tokenistic. Those in charge of. sports clubs need to actually listen to what is being said in order to implement change.

    It’s interesting to stand back and look at the England teams in recent history and identify where they have had success. Is it too simplistic to state that the one day side and 20/20 teams captained by an ‘Irishman’ and have incorporated players from all backgrounds have had success while the test sides that have been captained by ‘middle class’, ‘public schooled’ white men with a team of players essentially from the same background has had nowhere near the same success?
