    i have no idea if those things you mentioned were done or started by the Crynes Dennis or the present investors.
    But how many of those things you mention would be tax deductible ,so wouldn't actually cost anything to whoever did them ,most or all of it ?
    it would actually reduce your tax bill wouldn't it so you would be better off.
    cannot you also deduct rent as a expense if it is your place of work/business ?
